This section has been closed for nigh on 18 months, but I STILL get the occasional purchase. This is probably because I've left some of the paypal buttons on several pages now long un-linked. I should consider it a sign of
the eternal optimism of fat admirers that you can still find the pages, but
you should know any further "purchases" will be considered donations and NOT be refunded.
Now, if you're patient, you will soon have a far less expensive (and more in the way of instant gratification) than the CD-ROM option. Stay tuned!
